Doug was founder and visionary of ppm, a company built on the philosophy of service to others. Doug spent the first part of his career developing and managing ski resorts in british columbia and then entered the real estate industry specializing in property management. He lead and oversaw ppm for nearly four decades. Doug served on fvreb ici committee and was director of several industry associations. At PPM, his legacy is the relationships he built, the staff he so joyfully employed, and the customers he served so well.
Scott Holmes

Scott is a graduate from Trinity Western University with a bachelor of business administration honors degree, focusing in leadership and management. He is PPM’s CEO & Managing Broker and has extensive experience in not only single family property management but also multifamily rental developments. Scott has previous experience in operations analysis and leadership. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, friends and various sports and recreational activities.
Tammy Vader

Prior to joining ppm, Tammy worked primarily in the building industry with one of BC’s largest new home builders. She began her property management career assisting with commercial management and real estate sales. Currently, as associate broker, Tammy oversees day-to-day operations of all licensees of the brokerage along with administrative staff. She provides training/professional development, assistance/guidance to representatives and works with staff helping to build and streamline policies and procedures. Along with leading a strong team with superior skills, she is an active voice for residential property management. She has been invited by the real estate council of bc to provide input on the development of council approved forms. Tammy was also selected to meet with members of parliaments rental housing task force in victoria to provide advice and ideas to modernize b. C. S tenancy laws. Tammy is on the board of directors for pama and a member of the rental committee. She also represents ppm at the south surrey/white rock chamber of commerce. When not working, she enjoys travelling, boating, and spending time with family and friends.

Jagbir no longer coaches, but she is currently playing soccer in a metro womens soccer league. In her spare time, she likes to play sports, spend time with her family and friends, travel, and read.
